Privacy Policy

Last updated: Sept 12, 2022

To use our service you have to provide us with some personally identifiable information. This is information about you, which can be used to contact or identify you, and includes information you input on our web site and information we gather as you use our service ("Personal Information"). This privacy policy applies to all of the services and web sites offered by Ringaly Inc. ("Ringaly", "we", "us" and "our") and tells you how we collect, use, disclose and protect your Personal Information.

What this Privacy Policy covers (and what it does not)

Data protection regulations (such as GDPR) distinguish between organizations that act as data controllers or data processors.

When individuals use our service directly - for example logging in to our website, contacting us or requesting support - we gather personal data such as names, email addresses and telephone numbers. In this case we act as a data controller because we are responsible for deciding how this data is used. THIS PRIVACY POLICY DESCRIBES HOW WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA WHEN WE ACT AS A DATA CONTROLLER.

More commonly, however, we act as a data processor for organizations like schools, care homes (or families) who provide us with personal data they have gathered and which we process to provide our group calling and communications services. THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT DESCRIBE HOW WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA WHEN WE ACT AS A DATA PROCESSOR. This is described in our Data Processing Agreement.

Updates to our Privacy Policy

If we change our privacy policy, we will publish changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.

We also collect Personal Information when you use our service. For example we collect log records about who called your Ringaly number(s) and who answered those calls.
