Refilling your call allowances

If you’ve had a busy month your call or text allowances may be running low (we’ll notify you by email). Here’s how to buy a one-time refill to ensure you don’t miss any important calls or messages.

Go to the pricing page

Click on the Pricing option at the top of the Ringaly home page. If you’re not logged in we’ll prompt you later.

Select a refill option

Scroll down to the refills section on the pricing page and select a refill that matches your expected usage (depending on your region there may only be one refill option listed).

Clicking BUY will take you to our checkout page, where you can purchase the selected refill using either your existing subscription payment method or a new payment method.
